Montaigne Design is a research-based design practice, which collaborates closely with clients and stakeholders to deliver a project that meets time frames, budgets and brand requirements.
Under the auspices of Principal Cathy Wang, MD operates within an open studio concept. By utilizing the artistic strengths and experience of the design team, we create interiors as unique as each of our clients. MD creates styles which capture the spirit of the East while incorporating the best of the West.

MD is based in Shanghai, Xiamen, Toronto and Paris where we are in close proximity to our clients. We are easily accessible and clients have the convenience of paying for services locally thereby saving on ever-fluctuating currencies.

Our experienced design teams provide a full range of interior design services. Our portfolio includes hotels, resorts, private residences, show flats, retail outlets, restaurants, nightclubs and office lobbies.
