As the fast-growing China market gains increasingly more attention from strategic perspective, Nexans has also stepped up the pace of expansion in China to enhance the local performance of production facilities. In 2001, Nexans Greater China Headquarter was established in Shanghai, to manage Nexans business investment and development in China. Currently, Nexans has two wholly-owned subsidiaries and one joint venture and with representative offices in Shanghai, Beijing, Jinan, Dalian, Chengdu, Xi'an, Shenzhen and Hong Kong.
