丹麦代斯米集团创建于1834年，迄今已有185多年的历史，其间历经多次变革。如今的代斯米已经跃居为世界著名的泵业技术制造商。
为了配合客户在中国的业务发展，丹麦代斯米集团于2005年5月在苏州设立了首家独资工厂——代斯米泵业技术（苏州）有限公司，并于2011年建立了铸造厂代斯米泵业技术（宣城）有限公司。
