As the world technology leader in communications, Keysight Technologies was spun off from Agilent Technologies on September 19, 2013 and will continue its strategy of rooting in China for a long time development. Now all businesses of the Keysight, including the laboratories, have set up branches in China.
作为世界领先的电子通信测试测量公司，是德科技公司的前身是安捷伦科技公司。2013年9月19日，安捷伦科技公司宣布分拆成两家上市公司。其中，一家公司将专注于生命科学、诊断和应用领域，并保留“安捷伦”名称；另一家公司则是安捷伦当前的电子测量业务，公司英文名称为“Keysight Technologies”，中文名称为“是德科技”。是德科技公司将继续秉承植根中国、长期发展的战略。目前，是德科技的所有业务，包括实验室，都在中国设立了分支机构。


Headquartered in Beijing, there are about 1000 employees in China. Its business covers from software research and development to manufacturing, marketing, sales, technical support and service.
