威力工业网络股份有限公司（以下简称ORing）成立于2005年，拥有一批在工业网络软硬件方面有着多年专业经验的研发团队。自公司成立后，ORing便以其优越的产品设计技术和高度的信誉迅速获得了市场的认可。 2008年，ORing加入ICP集团——全球领先的工业计算机电子制造服务(EMS)专家。
自08年以来，ORing每年销售额增长超过100%。业务遍及中国台湾、中国大陆、美洲以及亚太地区。
ORing致力于“高速工业网络”发展，拥有丰富的产品线。产品包括: 工业级媒体转换器、以太网交换机、无线路由器、串口设备服务器等。产品已经在全球的轨道交通、智能交通、新能源、电力、安防监控、工厂自动化等各个行业获得了成功应用。

2010年,ORing正式进入中国，并于2013年成立了大陆***家子公司 - 唯栎电子科技（上海）有限公司，主要负责台湾威力工业网络所有工业以太网通讯相关产品在大陆地区的销售、市场推广和技术服务。迄今为止，产品已成功应用于中国上海、北京、武汉等大中城市的轨道交通系统以及京沪、沪杭、广珠等城际高铁和客运专线。

In 2008, the company joined ICP group, the global leading expert of EMS.
Since 2008, every year, ORing’s annual growth doubled consistently. The business has been extended to Taiwan, China Mainland, U.S. and Asia Pacific.
