上海马勒热系统有限公司（曾用名：上海贝洱热系统有限公司）(SMTS, previously used name: SBTS)是德国马勒贝洱公司和华域三电汽车空调有限公司于2004年合作成立的合资企业。公司致力于汽车空调系统、发动机冷却模块及组件、新能源产品及系统的开发、制造和销售。SMTS拥有两家全资子公司，分别是成都马勒汽车热系统有限公司(CMTS)和沈阳马勒汽车热系统有限公司(YMTS)。此外，SMTS在长沙、长春、宁波、武汉设立了分公司，分别为上海马勒热系统有限公司长沙分公司、上海马勒热系统有限公司长春分公司、上海马勒热系统有限公司宁波分公司和上海马勒热系统有限公司武汉分公司。
德国马勒贝洱有限公司的总部设在德国斯图加特，被公认为当今世界领先的汽车和卡车用空调和发动机冷却系统原始设备供应商。华域三电汽车空调有限公司隶属于华域汽车系统股份有限公司。

Shanghai MAHLE Thermal Systems Co., Ltd. (SMTS) is a partnership between MAHLE Behr GmbH & Co. KG and Sanden Huayu Automotive Air-Conditioning Co., Ltd.. SMTS focus on the development, production and sale of HVAC system, engine cooling components and modules, and new energy components and system for automobiles. SMTS has two wholly-funded subsidiaries, which are CMTS (Chengdu MAHLE Automotive Thermal Systems Co., Ltd.), YMTS (Shenyang MAHLE Automotive Thermal Systems Co., Ltd.), and four branches: Shanghai MAHLE Thermal Systems Co., Ltd. Changsha Branch, Shanghai MAHLE Thermal Systems Co., Ltd. Changchun Branch, Shanghai MAHLE Thermal Systems Co., Ltd. Ningbo Branch and Shanghai MAHLE Thermal Systems Co., Ltd. Wuhan Branch.
