新美光（苏州）半导体科技有限公司（原苏州新美光纳米科技有限公司）成立于2013年，由中科院苏州纳米所加工平台和中科院育成中心孵化成立，致力于半导体硅片的研发及产业化。公司荣获2015年园区第九届科技领军成长企业，高新技术企业，江苏省科技型中小企业,苏州股交中心新兴层（“新四板”）首批挂牌企业，2016年科技部十三五国家重点研发计划参与单位，2018年苏州工业园区瞪羚培育入库企业，2019年苏州工业园区企业上市苗圃工程计划认定单位，2019年苏州市瞪羚计划入库企业。公司获得了多项国家发明和新型专利，并于2019年底完成了数千万元Pre-A轮融资，且与国资公司签订了厂房代建协议，预计2021年底前迁入新厂址。
